Ordering Policy 

So Chosen Clothing & Apparel is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Please be sure to consult the size chart and/or all product descriptions for more product details, BEFORE checking out. 

 

Refund Policy 

We do NOT allow returns. If there is an issue with your order please email info@sochosen.com

*If under a rare circumstance a refund is issued, all forms of payment will be returned in a store merchandise card. 

 

Exchanges

We do NOT accept exchanges for our products. Please ensure you are utilizing all product descriptions & size charts when making a purchase.  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
