Q. Can I break my payment into installments?
-Yes! You can pay in 4 installments using Sezzle.
Q. Can I add to an existing order?
-No, once an order has been placed we can not add or edit the order.
Q. What should I do if my tracking number says my package was delivered, but I did not receive it?
-Once your package is released to the shipping facility, it is no longer the responsibility of So Chosen Apparel. You will have to file a claim with the United States Postal Service to track your package & resolve the issue.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
-We do not accept cancellations.
Q. I changed my mind, can I get a refund?
-Due to all of our items being very limited, we do not take returns for refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure before you finalize your purchase with us, you have selected the correct size & color of your items.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
-Yes, International Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Q. How do I care for my clothes from So Chosen Apparel?
-Turn all clothing inside out
-Wash with cold water
-Gentle cycle recommended
-Avoid drying your clothes in the dryer, air dry recommended (if you must use the dryer, dry using low heat).
